Abstract: Evolution tends to put information nearer the users under different methods, for safe storage and access. Blockchain is an example. On the other axis, there are the differences in semantics, which means that everyone needs to “speak” the same language to allow electronic healthcare records to potentiate data usage. This talk will aim to give an overview of the different players, stakeholders’ conflicts and challenges regarding the topic “electronic health records” under the current state of the Art and future perspectives.
