MARY NAGEL (16 – 19 October 2017)

Mary Nagel is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Externship
Program at The John Marshall Law School. She has taught all four
semesters of the required Lawyering Skills classes. Professor Nagel
has lectured throughout the United States on a number of legal writing
topics. These have included legal writing in doctrinal classes, academic
achievement in lawyering skills, initial introductions to working with the bar,
and alternative methods of lawyering skills teaching.
She has been teaching at the Masaryk and University of Vienna Faculty of Law’s
Autumn School since 2012.
